Anne Claire feels it is important to create these items in a meditative state, such that she can work in a partnership with the materials she uses, such that each item is imbued with a pure and balanced energy.

Anne Claire has made these shaman pouches and shaman bags by hand while in a meditative state, working in partnership with the animal. She custom cuts and hand stitches every one of them and imbues them with a protective energy.

In ancient times every shaman had their own medicine bundle. The bundle was held in a bag that contained various items and herbs or trees he worked with in rituals and for healing he performed. The medicine bundle would also include his personal power tools such as a divination method and a wand.
