Rituals

We all have our rituals ~ even when we are not aware of them.
For instance when we get up in the morning. As long as we do everything exactly 'our way', it will provide us with structure at the start of our day ~ and that makes us feel good!

And that is precisely what rituals are for:

  • It provides us with structure
  • It gives us direction
  • It allows us to feel good about what we are doing

Now, if rituals can be so powerful with something as simple as getting up in the morning ~ it is certainly a very good tool to use when we want to change something in our lives...
